General Manager - Human Resource Business Partner Leader - IT/Online

A High Growth Org. is looking to hire a seasoned HR Business Partner Leader in Bangalore. It's a pan India role with significant accountability and influence in the area of talent mgmt., business partnering and core HR deliverables. The firm is growing at a rapid clip ( currently 2000 people approx. ) and set for exponential growth in the next few years. Looking for a strategic executor ( 11-19 yrs.) with experience of managing teams, conflicting priorities, CXO level stakeholder management and exposure to mature high quality HR practices across sectors. Past experience in terms of scale, quality and complexity of HR work is important. An agile way of thinking and doing is a must have. Comp is competitive ( 30 + lakhs range ).

The ideal candidate would have strong full time degree in Human Resources, preferably from a top Institution such as TISS, XLRI, Symbiosis and IIMs and would have managed a team of junior HR Business partners to manage end to end employee life cycle HR, talent management, Attrition and Retention, Employer Branding, creating and sustaining a high performance work culture. Past experience in working in designing HR process, systems in high growth environments is a plus.

The role would involve managing expectation of multiple business stakeholders with varying levels of scale, complexity and revenue outlooks.

The role would call for strong ability to manage under pressure, drive for agile outcomes and build relationship and influence. This could be an amazing next level role for a mid-career professional, looking for a roadmap to build his / her stamp on a growing organisation.

The role would report into the VP-Human Resources.
