We have the following HR requirement - in Navi Mumbai for leading Mnc companies of global repute
Role :
The incumbent shall work towards sustaining & strengthening all employee-related aspects of HR Challenges at the site. They shall be responsible for all the HR issues with the Site leadership team and specialist teams (Centers of Excellence) on formulating customized strategies & frameworks towards smooth HR service delivery.
- Preferably 10-15 years of experience in HR set ups, with 4-5 years leading functions/ sub-functions.
- Exposure to Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Performance Management System, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation etc
- Experience in working with people-intensive structures in ITES/ BPOS/KPOS/Shared Services /similar environments
Open to industries for exceptionally relevant profiles
- Familiarity with metrics and compliance
- MBA HR from Tier I/ II Institutes with a flair for above role
- Pleasing personality, assertive with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach.
- Compensation best in the industry commensurating with experience levels and industry background
