Location: Ahmedabad
It is a senior management role in the HR department. The role is a mixed of both Generalist role along with handling Recruitment cycle for the region by analyzing new policy / procedure / practices before implementation of the same on ground and partnering in realignment / development of procedures.
- Handling Executive/Asst managers/Managers, by tracking performance of employees at various levels.
- Handling branches across western region based at Ahmedabad
- Ensuring development of healthy work culture by participating with Business in day to day functioning
- Branch Visit - Ensuring structured discussion with each set of employees during branch visit
- Framing of new HR policies
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
