- Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (2Years full time) in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Social Work from a reputed Institute / University
- Around 15 to 20 years of HR & IR experience (Hands on exposure in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations is preferred) in a medium size reputed manufacturing Company.
- Capable to handle the HR, Administration and IR functions of the Plant.
- Should have lead the HR & IR function at least for 2 years in a manufacturing industry with 250 + workmen under unionized environment with an exposure to productivity study /productivity based settlement etc
