- Proficiency in managing matters pertaining to Strategic Human Resource Policies, systems and Procedures.
- An effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Responsible for driving HR Policies, Processes & people to help attract, develop and retain competent and motivated workforce. Leading the entire talent management agenda of the company on site and conducting periodic reviews of the talent landscape and the possible gaps.
- Conducting induction program and mentoring the site leadership on talent spotting skills. Implementing the performance management system in letter and spirit and facilitating the site in setting goals and provide clarity on the targets.
