- Responsible for Performance Management. Also responsible for employee assessment for development/ promotions/ career planning etc through various structured instruments / interventions.
- Responsible for PMS - end - to - end from facilitating the creating of Corporate Objectives to facilitating the cascade of the same to Divisions / Departments and individual employees KRA; tracking and monitoring to final review, and establishing linkage with Rewards & Recognition.
- Introduce and institutionalize the business/ division/ department objectives tracking on an on-going basis
- Responsible for employee awareness and capability building for using the PMS to create competitive advantage/ business impact.
- Introduce assessment tools with a focus on Leadership development, succession planning, promotions, etc.
- Facilitate and ensure that the gaps identified in skills and competencies are addressed through IDPs - tracking and monitoring of the same directly for GMs and above. Overseeing the same for DGMs and below.
- Facilitate the tie up with external service providers to do development centres / assessment centres on need basis.
- Create systems, policies, procedures such that these initiatives get institutionalized within the company.
- eEnabling the various initiatives under the portfolio.
- Building in-house capability on the usage of various assessment tools and instruments
- Introduce Coaching, Mentoring, Buddy-ship etc in a structured manner.
Experience: 18+ yrs
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Preferred: BA (Psychology)
