Experience :
- 16-20 years of relevant industrial experience in HR and IR function, out of which around 6-8 years should be at a mid-level of HR leadership position in a mid-size / large manufacturing organization.
- Experience in an industrial setting (ER/IR) in a manufacturing organisation is essential.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations, industrial relations, and union negotiations in a multi-location manufacturing setup. MNC company experience will be an advantage.
- The incumbent requires an in-depth knowledge and understanding of most of the core HR processes, like Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Budgets & manpower Management, Organizational Developmental, HR operations initiatives, - both at strategic as well as operational level.
- The position also requires adequate exposure to some of the Industry's best HR & IR practices and knowledge of labour laws and statutes. Strong understanding of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and compliance requirements.
- The position is exposed to a challenge of having a mind-set and attitude in working in a matrix organizational set-up with a multi-locational, cross- cultural and socio-economic environment.
- The issues addressed and decisions undertaken by the job-holder should be in line with the country's business environment and bigger organizational objectives and core values. Knowing Local Language (Telegu) is an added advantage
