Job Description

Looking for a highly competent HR Operations leader (Female candidate) with the rich experience of an MNC and having extensive exposure in the Indian environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- HR Policy & Process Formulation

- Statutory compliances

- Compensation Mgmt

- Employee Engagement

- Performance Management

- New Hire Orientation & Development

- Handholding of new employees

- Grievance Handling & Employee Relations

- Reward & Recognition Employee

- Training & development

- Lead the reporting of employment metrics

- Reference checks & Back Ground Verification,

- Referral Policy & Process

- End to end lifecycle management of employees

- Employee Communication

- Implementing HRIS & PMS systems

Additional Information :

- Industry Exposure Required: Proven track record of a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policy procedures, ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach

- Functional Reporting: Head HR

- IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies- MS Office, worked on HRIS tools.

- Required Qualification: MBA/MSW
