- End to end lifecycle management of employees
- Employee Communication
- Implementing HRIS & PMS systems
Additional Information :
- Industry Exposure Required: Proven track record of a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policy procedures, ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach
- Functional Reporting: Head HR
- IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies- MS Office, worked on HRIS tools.
- Required Qualification: MBA/MSW
