GM (HR&IR)
- Responsible for handling labour, legal & HR functions like manpower planning, recruitment, induction, performance appraisals, training, policy formulation, implementation & improving HR systems & process besides handling industrial relation of unit
- North Indian Candidate/ Personnels are PREFERRED
Desired Candidate Profile -
- B.sc/ B.com/BA and LLB+ MBA(HR)/ MSW/ PGDIRPM/ MA(IRPM) / PG in HR & IR preferable with legal background having 12-15 yrs. relevant exp. in handling Labour & HR functions in industrial unit independently.
