General Manager - HR/IR & Admin - Manufacturing

We are looking GM - HR Operations incumbents must be having hands on experience in the following:-

- PMS

- Training and development

- Talent management

- Organization development

- HR policy

- Succession planning

- Employees engagement

Qualification: B.tech & MBA - HR (Full time)

Experience: 18-20 years experience in any Manufacturing Company.

Candidates must be working in Good organization and having good exposure of entire HR operations and Development.

Strong communication skills.

- Age not more than 45 Years.
