Job Responsibilities:
1. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
2. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
3. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
5. Provide HR policy guidance & Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
6. Identify training needs for teams and individuals & Evaluate training programs
7. Suggest new HR strategies
