General Manager - HR Business Partner
- Ensuring implementation of HR policies & processes.
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan
- Lead and manage the HR function in accordance with the prescribed guidelines/company policies
- Provide leading support in talent acquisition and talent development initiative roll-outs and implementation as part of Human Resource Strategic Group in the organization
- Supervise the complete employee life cycle encompassing, but not limited to, sourcing and selection, on-boarding, transfers, compensation and payroll management, exit formalities, statutory formalities and compliances.
- Support management with resource planning for their relevant areas through workforce analysis, leaver analysis, redeployment etc.
- Develop & implement interventions at organization level to improve Employee Engagement & Employee Relations.
