- Partnering with regional and global business leadership teams to develop and implement HRBP guidelines for the Organizations.
- Conceptualize and develop the HR strategy and action plan for the year. Develop and review HR budget regularly.
- Create unit specific Reward & Recognition programs . Review effectiveness of the R&R initiatives on a monthly basis. R&R would include development and administration of employee monetary and non-monetary recognition (variable pay, Star Program, bonus etc.)
- Prepare a broad-level plan for Associate Engagement . Direct planning for engagement initiatives
- Developing HR strategies and action plans for the year for the unit and communicating to the team
