Human Resource Business Partnering role:
- Consult and partner relevant business leadership and stakeholders to achieve business goals and numbers including growth and new business
- Collaborate with business to drive client value and objectives
- Be the thought leader on the 'People agenda' for own business. Design, plan and execute through respective teams and collaborate with HR and other CoEs to achieve planned objectives. Accountable for complete employee life cycle, talent management, development, engagement and retention of employees through HR programs, interventions, processes and strategies
- Mentor, train and coach leadership, managers, team members and associated teams, guide alignment to WNS core values, manage communication, drive culture and meet performance goals
- Responsible for continuously assessing the quality and effectiveness and depth of appropriate skills and expertise within the BU to deliver highly effective results
- Responsible for all compliance and statutory obligations for own business
- Building Human Resource Management Capability:
- Ensure a strong linkage between corporate objectives and unit-level HR programs
- Builds and stabilizes BU HR Team and Infrastructure, determines internal core competencies against externally accessed capabilities
- Implements corporate HR policies and uses corporate resources effectively, developing BU-specific scalable procedures to enable multi-site expansion/growth as required.
- Analysis Trends and HR Statistics, drive appropriate reporting and governance for BU
Qualifications :
- MBA / PGDBM or any equivalent Post Graduate degree
- Experience in similar role and organisation, responsible for a span of 2500+ people
- Displayed experience on talent management, development, engagement and retention practices
