About our Client : Our client is a multi-billion dollar Indian Multinational with diversified lines of business. They are currently looking to add to their HR team in Pune to manage their large services set up.
Job Description : Reporting into the Head HR for the business, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare BU HR key imperatives for the year covering individual plans for relevant HR processes basis historical data, business requirements and priorities
- Provide inputs on policy changes required within business line to Corporate HR-Participate in forecasting of manpower requirements for the year and per quarter based on business
- Provide inputs to the Corporate Compensation team to draft compensation and benefits strategy & budget
- Drive the development & execution of the variable pay plan in the BU
- Institutionalize PMS framework within business lines and monitor completion
- Drive the development of career path for HIPOs; Provide direction to the team to identify high potential employees for local and global roles
- Plan and drive implementation of employee engagement initiatives based on overall objective
- Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues
The Successful Candidate:
- You will come with 12-16 years of experience in a large Multinational Services organization in an HRBP role. Exposure to additional C&B / TM as a specialist function is highly desired. MBA from a premier Business school is required.
- You will come with strong communication skills and a track record of successful work in a matrix organization.
