We are having an urgent opening as General Manager-HR in a MNC for Delhi Location.

Job Location:Delhi

Designation:General Manager

Reporting to Sr VP

Must be currently working as AVP (equivalent designation)

Job Description:

Role - To support the CHRO/ Corp HR function by leading the below processes across the system ( Globally , now 20 countries across Africa and Indian subcontinent ) Provide thought leadership and insights to Business leaders both on HR and Business / team related aspects

Broadly the key challenges/ tasks would be :

- Business Process excellence / HR process excellence mainly in Talent Management C&B, OD and Engagement – HR Champion

- Employee engagement initiatives – Kenexa surveys, action planning& implementation of Gallup Enterprise wide action plan

- Envision Training needs formulation in conjunction with Line function for current and future capabilities/competencies for entire organization across locations , track progress , closure and quality/ effectiveness

- Build employer brand through effective interventions and make it ready for top Employer recognition.

- Drive and ensure the governance on PMS process ( including KRA setting process )

- Understand the businesses, their uniqueness, inherent challenges and provide integrated HR solutions or effective implementation.

- Ensure all HR processes in above areas to be audit proof, be the auditee and ensure zero no conformity and closure on actions to remove any gaps.

- Conceptualize C&B strategy and manage AOP / personnel cost budgets , variance control and management

- Lead the salary planning process each year during the Increment and PLI time across all countries. Ensure zero risk / exposure Payroll and compliance management.

- Drive engagement and E-Sat audit across India and Africa , conduct workshops to work on actionables to improve scores

- Lead Hiring activities in Africa for all 17 - 18 countries

- Ensure effective incorporation and insemination of HR practices of new operations / JV across locations.

- Manage effectively the multiple payrolls in Africa for each Opco / country

- Ensure quick and effective redressal of all employee grievances with appropriate solutions

- Develop the DRs / team in terms of higher capabilities, coach , counsel and build an effective team.

- Plan for automation / outsourcing in requisite areas to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Drive Exit Management processes to ensure complete satisfaction for exiting employees.
