General Manager - Hotel

The job purpose of this role is to be responsible for P&L management, customer relationship, strategizing, branding and positioning of the Hotel; providing leadership and setting targets in line with Client's- Visions and Mission ensuring the long term business goals are achieved.

Principal Accountability - 

1. Budgeting (planning & administration) and setting policies & procedures

2. Revenue Management, Branding & Positioning and Customer Relationship management

3. Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment

4. Team Management

5. MIS, Reporting
