GM (Head) - Talent Acquisition & Management (International Division)
Talent Acquisition:
- To lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Talent Management:
- To lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
- To shape and implement strategies that will help us develop and retain high-performing employees.
- Responsibilities include designing employee training programs, building succession plans and crafting an internal promotion process. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full cycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset to develop a skilled workforce.
- In collaboration with senior leadership, develop, promote and facilitate Organization & Talent Review process and culture on an enterprise-wide basis.
- Standardize performance management globally, including defining and linking competencies to positions and units.
- Design, implement and oversee a global training strategy and platform, including the identification and implementation of critical in-house training for new and existing staff.
- Work with senior leaders to design and implement succession planning, a leadership development program, and a mentorship program.
- Assess and evaluate talent, addressing and identifying solutions for skills and training gaps.
- Build and align talent management processes, systems and reporting to ensure they are integrated with the organization's strategic talent agenda.
- Develop and lead group facilitation, training, and presentation to various organizational audiences.
- Provide strategic and operational oversight to Pathfinder's organizational transformation initiatives.
- Manage and leverage relationships with external vendors in the performance management, succession planning, executive coaching and other related talent initiatives.
Qualification And Experience:
i. A minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and leading talent management processes for a global organization including creating and implementing a global training platform.
ii. You have strong experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition.
iii. Deep knowledge of the talent management cycle, including processes and programs in recruitment, competency modelling, performance management, career development, succession planning, and education and training.
iv. Experience with selection and implementation of cloud based LMS and eLearning products.
v. Experience in implementing learning systems in a transformative organization including a thorough comprehension of organizational dynamics and change management.
vi. Experience in selection, implementation and use of Learning Management Systems in conjunction with a fully integrated HRIS.
vii. Experience operating in a forward-thinking global business.
viii. Successful track record working cross culturally.
ix. Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
x. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication/presentation skills
xi. Strong critical thinking skills - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
xii. Possesses complex problem-solving skills - identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
xiii. Strong leadership skills - willingness and ability to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
xiv. Possesses high sense of urgency.
xv. Effective self-management and project management ability
xvi. Proficient in Microsoft Office
