- As part of this commitment, Delivery Flow Operate Quality & Operational Excellence is looking for a new position of Automation & Tools Manager.

Job Summary :

Working as a member of the DF Operate Q&OE Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring we have the right competence, capabilities and colleagues within DF Operate to successfully develop, implement, and execute the automations and tools required by DF Operate contracts. You will need to ensure that your team has the right balance of experience and knowledge to deliver the required Automation projects on time, on budget and with quality. You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with the Service Delivery Applications and Platform (SDA&P)team and Business Area Managed Services (BMAS) Automation and Tools team to implement the Managed Services Automation and Tools roadmap and support the delivery of the BMAS strategy.

Responsibilities & Tasks :

a. On a high level, you will be responsible for :

- Definition and ownership of DF Operate tools and automation strategy to achieve stretching cost saving and performance improvement targets as set by Head of DF Operate Q&OE.

- Lead the development, maintenance, integration, deployment, performance management, life cycle management of the tools and automation portfolio in DF Operate, working together with BMAS Automation & Tools team and SDA&P team.

- Lead innovation and adoption of new ways of working, including opportunities to leverage agile methodologies in how we build and scale new capabilities.

- Competence development of DFOP Q&OE Automation and Tools organization, ensuring there are competence development plans in place for all colleagues aligned to the successful delivery of targets and strategy.

- Performance management, developing high performance culture within DFOP Q&OE Automation & tools organization.

- Maximizing utilization of the DFOP Q&OE Automation & Tools organization, putting in place continuous improvement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

b. On a day-to-day basis, you will work on tasks such as :

- Drive the identification of work activities that can be automated

- Develop and implement Automation and Tools solutions across DF Operate

- Maximizing re-use of existing automations and tools across DF Operate customer contracts

- Implementation roadmaps for DF Operate contracts

- Investment and business case creation, and budget follow-up

- Manage team of automation and tools Developers, Support Engineers, Solution Architects, System Analysts, etc to execute and achieve required savings and quality target levels

- Customer tools integrations

- Demand and deployment management

- LCM of Automations and tools

- Organization competence development and assessment

- Organization performance management
