Professionals with 15 years experince in Sourcing of Raw Materials ( Dairy / Ice Cream Industry only) Responsible for Procurement, Material Management, Vendor Management, Vendor Identification, Pricing, Setting SOPs, Vendor Site Audits, Distribution, Vendor Supplies, Audit of Vendor Facility and Inventory Management.

- Directing the development & implementation of key purchase/procurement strategies and ensuring that plans are aligned with requirements.

- Deliverable of cost improvement/ saving as the Purchase person can have a direct impact on that.

- Evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material/execution of job works.

- Proficient in managing & leading teams for running successful process operations with expertise in developing procedures and service standards for business excellence.

- Exposure in formulating sourcing strategies, handling vendor identification/development, supply chain management, and analytical assessment to strengthen effectiveness.

- Capable of conceptualizing & implementing the assignments, taking make/buy decisions as well as building the strategic alliances.

- An effective negotiator with exceptional time management and decision-making skills
