Job Description:
- Strategic planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting and monitoring of the project.
- Ensuring Completion of store fit-outs till final handover of stores to the operations team.
- Identification, coordination with the architects, interior designers, consultants.
- Identification of relevant contractors and negotiations on rates.
- Responsible for timely completion of projects and within the budget.
- Interaction with the technical consultants, architects and contractors.
- Supervising the team of contractors and allotting them the schedule of work.
- Checking bills submitted by contractors for quality as well as quantity.
- Adopting of safety measures at site.
Requirements:
- B.Tech (Civil/Electrical)
- Minimum 10-14 years of experience with a Hotel/Hospitality set up.
- Excellent in communication and computer skills.
- Excellent Analyticall skills and creative
