General Manager HR/ Head HR - Weighing Machine Manufacturing

A 35 year old Weigh Machine POS System, Printer Scale, Wireless clock, Electromagnet precision balance etc Manufacturing organization at Bangalore with 550 employees across India in 45 locations and Two Manufacturing Units in India with an MNC tie up and a private Limited Company is looking for a GM as Head of HR.

- Candidates preferably from similar industry or Manufacturing Corporate experience from Bangalore.

- The role reports into MD and 5 member team to report to Head of HR at Corporate

- Requires Extensive travel to all 45 Cities and also two Manufacturing Units in India and working from Corporate office at Bangalore

- MBA/MSW in HR

- Age round 40-45 Years

- Handling entire gamut of Business Partner HR

- Recruitment, Induction & On-boarding

- Retention Management

- Competency in Performance Management,

- Learning & Development, Psychometric assessment tools

- Compensation & Benefits

- Employee Engagement

- Coaching and Counseling employees

- Payroll and Statutory support to work with Finance

- Strong leadership skills to work with peers across company

- Very good written, Verbal Communication & Presentation skills

- Must be willing to travel extensively

- Good listening skills and willing to network with people

- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Power Point/Dash Board skills

- Must be fluent in English & Hindi
