Description:
The Sr. HRBP (Talent Management, Leadership Development and Succession Planning),will be a crucial member of the HR team focusing on Talent Management, Leadership Development and Succession Planning for the IT, Technology, Cybersecurity and Analytics Service functions. The role holder will work in partnership with Business and HR leaders, key stakeholders, and other HR colleagues to shape, develop and implement HR solutions in line with business needs and priorities. Will advise, guide and support managers and employees by providing high level people management and development support.
Strategic Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BU HR Head to understand business priorities, overall strategy and plan for HR to detail out the annual charter to support business goals
- Support formulation and lead execution of strategic initiatives for the target employee group in accordance to the prescribed Group guidelines
- Integrated Talent Management & HR Business Partnership:
Talent & Career Management:
- Ensure smooth communication and implementation of talent management processes (such as leadership development, HiPo identification and development initiatives, performance, and career management) for target employee group
Capability Building:
- Support COE in the assessment of training needs of employees keeping in mind the future business requirements
Performance Management Systems:
- Participate in the Agenda Setting Conference to help formulate KRA's for the target employee group; Facilitate KRA setting exercise for key stakeholders
- Drive self-assessment and facilitate mid-year reviews and ensure feedback for employees is captured online in the PMS system
- Provide support in case of any divergent view-point and facilitate calibration exercise to finalize performance ratings
Total Rewards:
- Participate in defining of incentives and benefits plan and represent perspective of the employee group Employee Engagement and Connect
- Drive implementation of employee engagement initiatives across sites such as employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, etc. to ensure high level of employee engagement and retention of critical talent
Talent Acquisition:
- Will work with the leadership team in drawing out Business Manpower Plans, work on annual budgets and obtain approvals for the same. Will be the custodian of the Organization Structure and will facilitate internal talent Movement plans
- Will be involved deeply in the selection process. Responsible for coaching and guiding the leadership team w.r.t. Talent Acquisition requirements, will work closely with the TA COE to onboard candidates to the organization
