General Manager/Head - Finance Controller - Manufacturing/Food Processing Industry

The Role will be based out of Mudhol - Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor performance against budgeted targets and provide explanations for variances.

Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and manage tax reporting and filings.

Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Cash Management: Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and oversee banking relationships.

Financial Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of the company's financial strategy to support growth and profitability.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to financial policies.

Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the organization's adherence to accounting standards and legal requirements.
