Founded in 2019 by a Stanford business graduate, our Gurgaon based client is a transportation and logistics company providing exceptional door-to-door product delivery services, across the city, without any radius limitations. Their seamless SaaS-based tech integration helps to consolidate data and customize pick up and delivery timelines as required by their clients, while being able to track their packages in real-time.
The company's services are being used by various eCommerce companies, restaurants, and retail stores, as well as individuals through their convenient app. It has raised more than $5M in funding. Some of their clients include Taj Hotels, Blue Tokai, Dr Lal Path Labs, JW Marriot, Forest Essentials and many more leading brands.
Job Overview:
The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager of Growth and Revenue to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue leveraging digital marketing, performance marketing, and data insights. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, proven leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies leveraging digital marketing, performance marketing, and data insights to expand market share and increase revenue for the company.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives effectively and efficiently, collaborating with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the growth and revenue team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue in the logistics/ecommerce industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and data analytics principles and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
