Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and implement a long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the P2P platform, aligned with company goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan for user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of the P2P platform.
Product Management & Development:
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure the P2P platform is user-friendly, secure, and meets the evolving needs of our target market.
- Oversee the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance user experience and platform efficiency.
- Manage product roadmap prioritization and ensure alignment with business objectives.
User Acquisition & Growth:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new users and drive platform adoption.
- Oversee user acquisition campaigns across various channels and analyze their effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to foster user engagement and retention on the P2P platform.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks associated with P2P transactions.
- Ensure the platform adheres to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Oversee fraud prevention measures and build a secure and trustworthy environment for users.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals across various functions (marketing, operations, product development, risk management).
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the P2P platform.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [8-10 years] of experience in a leadership role within the fintech, e-commerce, or a related industry (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
- Proven track record of success in developing and launching new products or services in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of P2P business models, risk management principles, and regulatory landscape.
