Group Compensation :
- Managing Group Compensation, benchmarking & processes
- Variable remuneration design
- LTI / Stock
Performance & Productivity :
- Performance Management System & Effectiveness
- Productivity / Job Evaluation / Organisation Structure
HR Strategy & Analytics :
- Work with HRLT to define long term GILAC HR priorities
- PMO for strategic HR projects
- Design and embed HR Analytics frame work to drive HR effectiveness
- One time HR strategy projects
Board Management :
- Drive Board evaluation of listed companies
- Manage board compensation
