General Manager Marketing (BPO) - Global Head
Responsible for building up, shaping, and lead the Marketing team to drive a variety of B2B marketing campaigns across the globe to build awareness and create highly effective sales lead generation. Align with and support the broader company's strategic plan and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, monitoring and implementing strategic marketing plans and communications programs to support sales efforts including electronic media, print, direct mail and telemarketing.
- Developed social media plans to take marketing to the next level via Facebook, Twitter and Linked In and other online strategies.
- Nurturing relations with top analyst firms to gain maximum mind share.
- Fostering ties with influencer groups to solicit co-operation in major customer deals and acquisitions.
- Developing and implementing annual budget and business plans, and present as necessary to management and sales team.
- Planning, developing and managing all corporate communications deliverables and media mix including, sales collateral, website content, events planning and public relations.
- Spearheaded customer presentations thought leadership and speaking engagements by the top management.
- Focused on market research and data analysis of market/industry/competition trends to provide fillip to the decision-making process.
- Developing and managing integrated marketing calendar, timelines, quarterly calendar and marketing status reports.
- Collaborating with field sales staff to identify mutual goals and objectives and provide strategic marketing support.
- Define specific goals for the organisation and measure the commercial and brand impact of marketing initiatives using well-defined metrics and KPIs.
- Understand the competitive landscape and define approaches to differentiate our value propositions in the marketplace.
- Manage the global marketing budget to plan, working closely with the leaders to optimise marketing spend.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA with 15-22 Years Leadership experience in a B2B marketing role within an BPO Industry,
2. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to set direction and develop the team.
3. Strategic mindset and high business acumen.
4. Demonstrable experience of building and executing marketing strategies that positively impact awareness and pipeline growth.
5. Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
6. Track record of managing external marketing agencies.
7. Budget management experience.
8. High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust across the organisation.
9. Ability to drive change and engagement.
10. Good knowledge and understanding of digital systems and tools such as CRM, SEO, marketing automation, and digital analytics.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ideally, experience in sales lead generation.
