Job Description - General Manager for Fraud Investigations
- We are seeking a mature and dynamic person to lead our Fraud Investigations and Proactive anti-fraud measures internationally.
- Duties will include leading investigations of all reported fraud and whistle-blower cases, developing robust anti-fraud framework, processes and policies, identifying key vulnerable areas and conducting pen-testing and assisting management in developing mitigation plans, leading and developing in-house capabilities for fraud investigations, presenting findings with apex management and Audit Committee, conducting training to select employees or functions regarding fraud awareness; as well as engaging and managing external fraud investigation agencies.
Skills and Qualifications :
Qualified : CA/CMA/CFE/CISA/Lawyer with in-house experience in a multi-national firm.
- At least 15 years of overall work experiences that includes minimum 7-10 years in fraud and whistle-blower investigations.
- Experience in conducting fraud investigations & developing anti-fraud framework, policies and procedures.
- Good team player and ability to supervise and drive multi-talented and experienced team.
- Sound written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in interacting with various senior stakeholders (Apex Management/Audit Committee/ External agencies etc.)
- Dynamic personality with global mindset while dealing with issues and having ability to work under pressure and apply common sense.
- Experience working in a multi-national company
- Adaptable to flexible working hours from time to time to accommodate internal stakeholders in other jurisdictions.
