Key Areas of Responsibility:
Growth Consumer:
- Understand the core consumer needs, and collaborate with product and design to build the right consumer experience and optimise conversion funnels.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Oversee and optimise performance marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and partnerships.
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the user journey.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Partnerships :
- Define the partnerships and spiritual leader outreach strategy to align with the consumer need and company vision.
- Build a high quality curated leader community by developing a deep understanding of the ecosystem and nurturing leader relationships.
- Work closely with the content team to align leader onboarding strategy with the overall content strategy.
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to drive and execute key strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Problem Solving:
- Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to address them.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and roadblocks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Product or Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving responsibilities.
