General Manager - FMCG

Role

- To manage all aspects of the Company including but not limited to Sales, Staff, Distributors/Dealers, Financial, Budgets, Accounting, Purchasing, Product costings, Selling Prices, Technical, Production & Logistics

Responsibilities

- Manage all H R functions

- Meet all statutory requirements, Returns, Licences, Renewals, etc.

- Insurances

- Trademarks

- Overview of Industry Trends

- Manage Cash Flow

- Management of all Staff

- Setting Annual Sales and P & L Budgets for EMU approval

- Developing and updating 5 year Strategic Plans

- Purchasing of Raw Materials

- Setting and Maintaining Health and Safety Policies

- Limits of Authority

- Authorised to approve expenditure on Raw Materials up to 5 lakhs

- All Capex to be approved by the MD

- Authorised to approve any general expenditure up to INR25,000

- Appointment and dismissal of management staff

- Meeting Health and Safety Standards

- Appointment and Development of Management Team

- Meeting all Statutory requirements
