General Manager - Finance Transformation.

- The Finance Transformation team will be responsible for leading and managing the transformation of the finance function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic impact.

- This role involves overseeing the implementation of new financial systems, processes, and strategies to support the organization's goals.

Salary Grade :

Key responsibilities Develop Transformation Vision :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.

Project Management :

- Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of new systems and processes.

Process Improvement :

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, including automation and digitalization initiatives.

Change Management :

- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the finance function.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Akasa and Finance leadership, to align transformation initiatives with business needs.

Desired Qualification/certifications :

- CA (First Attempt) / MBA from Tier 1 institute.

- Professional certification such as PMP, six-sigma desirable.

- Preferred relevant work experience.

- 10-12 years.

Skills and knowledge :

- Extensive experience in finance transformation, project management, and change management.

- Proven track record of leading successful finance transformation initiatives.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.

Position reports to : Chief Financial Officer

Position supervises : 2-3 people
