General Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing

Looking for a CA/MBA having 10-15 years of core FP&A experience in manufacturing set-up.

Responsibilities - 

Meet strategic objectives - 

- Provide business and strategy inputs to CEO/CFO & SBU head

- Contributing to the Strategic Planning by providing insightful financial models

- Implement the approved business plan

Board Meeting - 

- Preparation of board financials (board workings & analysis) on quarterly basis highlighting company's financial health

- Business connect & Market information:

- Provide weekly triggers on competitor updates to relevant stakeholders

- Ensure to stay abreast with latest market trends with a view to prepare competitor analysis

- Sales Analysis/support & Supply Chain finance:

- Analyze historical sales trends, RFP win/loss, customer data analysis and provide regular update thereon

- Participate in high value contract negotiation, improvement in SCM efficiency

M&A, Valuation & Potential listing:

- Participate in M&A strategy, evaluation of potential target and valuation.

- Regular valuation of the Company and prepare the Company for potential listing

Automation drive & increasing digital footprint:

- Implementation of SAP for subsidiary

- Identify areas of automation and thereby productivity improvement

- Maximize generation of Dashboards from SAP providing various Business Analytics
