General Manager - Finance Transformation - FMCG/Manufacturing Industry

- As the General Manager of Process Excellence and Capabilities, you will be responsible for Driving process improvement initiatives, overseeing the implementation of SAP (S4 HANA) from a process perspective, and leading the finance processes for our organization.

- Process optimization, all within the context of the manufacturing industry.

- Drive the successful implementation of SAP, with a focus on S4 HANA, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's process needs and objectives

- Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge of financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

- Be at the forefront of setting up and configuring financial systems and processes as the organization's finance function is established

Eligibility Criteria

- To be eligible for this role , you must have

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's

- Proven experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of successful SAP implementations, ideally with a focus on S4 HANA with about 12-15 years of experience degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.

- Have lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within the record to report, procure to pay, and order to cash processes.
