About our Client - Our client is a leading Multinational with operations across 27 countries, they are market leaders in the Manufacturing space and are looking to expand their business in India. They are looking to hire for General Manager-Finance who would be instrumental in setting up of their India business. The role is based out of their corporate office in Delhi.

Job Description - As GM-Finance you'll be reporting to the CEO India Region heading a team of 8-10 people.Your role would be Lead formulation, review and roll out of robust Long Term Business and Annual Operating Plan. Key responsibilities would be:

- Analyzing financial performance of the company and reporting the same to senior management

- Highlighting key financial performance and assisting in formulating future strategies

- Monthly reporting of balance sheet & profit and loss

- Ensure Internal control & compliances of internal policies

- Assist in key month end activities which provides oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information

- Overall responsibility of all taxation related matters - both direct and indirect tax

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 12-15 years of post qualification experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing space. You have atleast 3+ years of experience in USGAAP/IGAAP and IFRS Accounting. Only candidates from the MNC background will be considered. You have a solid knowledge of the accounting standards with an excellent base in taxation. You have managed a team of qualified professionals and have good analytical skills with an eye for detail.
