General Manager - Finance - Foundry Division

Responsibilities - (Foundry Division)

- Preparation of annual business plan, capex budget, Monthly MIS, P & L forecast etc.

- Drive budget and cost control initiatives along with senior level operating group.

- Drive working capital management, monitoring of rolling cash forecast Vs actual utilization.

- Support Head foundry division in evaluation of various customer pricing proposals, capex and opex proposals in the division

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results together with variance analysis and recommend action to achieve budget targets,

- Managing accounting operations covering Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll, indirect taxation, General ledger, costing and inventory valuation and establish proper internal controls in processes and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Legal and statutory compliances for the division in Income tax TDS, GST compliances, payroll related compliances etc. including fulfilment of compliances relating to merger.

- Work closely with corporate functions such as treasury, consolidation, Budget/MIS, direct and indirect taxation and support corporate in completing the assessment of past period and responding to various notices from authorities relating to HFL.

- Responsible for employee engagement, development and growth of the team members in both the plants
