General Manager - Finance with a Top Brand

ROLE SUMMARY :

- This role would include Financial Reporting & Compliances, assessing the applicability and implementation of the same.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Finalization of the Company's Accounting Policies, significant judgments, and estimates after necessary technical evaluation.

- Finalization of Periodic financials (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) under IND AS and IFRS.

- Review and presentation of periodic financials and results.

- Ensure smooth completion of all audits and other compliances

- Business Partnering and Support Financials Reporting & Compliances

- Oversee the key reconciliations and processes in compliance with the company's policies

- Provide necessary guidelines to various sub-verticals within finance and to other business functions.

- Review and assessment of critical contracts from an accounting and compliance perspective

- Preparation of various MIS and analytic reports and presentations to Management.

- To participate in and lead various cross-functional projects to achieve organizational goals.

- Strong sense of Risk awareness and constant focus on controls

- Dealing with auditors and consultants in order to ensure that all regulatory and other compliances are adhered to.

- Strong business understanding and use it to provide context to accounting and financial matters.

- Embrace change and work alongside automation initiatives.

- Managing talent, enabling and supporting team members to maximize their capability.

- Ensure timelines and accuracy in reporting.

- Can create real-time reporting dashboards for the management using reporting tools and systems.

- Lead projects and take on additional challenges depending on the business requirements
