Job Description: CA with 15-20 years of experience in Finance roles (Managing a team of 3-5 members)

- Financing (Bank, Financial Institution, NBFC, Lease, PE, etc.)

- Accounting (MIS, Statutory Audit Finalization - IFRS, IGAAP, IndAS

- Internal Audit, Cost Audit, Concurrent Audit, Energy Audits)

- Treasury(Cash Flows, CMA, Working Capital Assessments)

- Taxation (Direct & Indirect, Tax Assessments before various forums, Advance Tax, TDS)

- Commercial (Revenue, Procurement, Insurance, Pricing, Customer Credit Analysis, Contracts)

- Legal (legal disputes before various forums, coordination with legal advisors, etc.,) Secretarial, Compliance's

- Financial Planning & Analysis (Budget, Projections)

- Costing (Product Costing, Process Costing)

- Systems (any ERP like SAP, RAMCO, Tally, ERP Up gradation, etc.)

- Controls, Financial Models, Information Memorandum

- Acquisitions, Capital Investment Analysis, Risk Assessments & Risk Management, etc.

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent people management skills
