General Manager - Finance Coordinator - CA - FMCG

Salary offered: 18 - 20 LPA

Align financial strategies with organizational objectives by analyzing and reviewing business performance and recommending corrective action.

Lead and coordinate relationships with financial institutions and ensure that funds are made available timely and at the most cost effective interest rates.

Work closely with the plant finance & accounting and assist in developing the accounting procedures, systems and norms at the plants and to ensure consolidation of accounts from plants.

Ensure long term resource mobilization and financial health of the Projects / Investments

Ensure timely payments and collections from customers

Create a culture of financial discipline by ensuring the implementation of management and financial management systems and processes across the organization

Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the corporate treasury function .

Recommend process changes and introduce Management Information Systems enabling effective decision making .

Establish effective and robust financial accounting and cost accounting systems so as to provide timely, accurate and consistent inputs for management reporting and allowing detailed analysis of performance in financial terms

Responsible for overseeing the Transfer Pricing arrangement between Business Units

Effectively contribute to tax planning at corporate level and also assist in tax planning of direct and indirect taxation in commercial decisions

Ensure implementation of common accounting systems in line with the Accounting Standards across the locations of the Organization

Responsible for implementing the IT strategy in the organization.

Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team.

Candidate preferred from Plant accounting.
