General Manager - Finance - Chartered Accountant - Hospitality

We are looking for a senior person.

- Experience in IndAS, IFRS, ICFR, legal entity level consolidation, coordinating with subsidiaries, auditors

- Month end activity i.e. closing of books and Financial Reporting at a legal entity level including for subsidiary

- Financial statements preparation and finalization under statutory accounts and group reporting

- Preparation for Quarterly Board Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting - analysis

- Managing Quarterly Limited Review and annual Statutory Audit.

- Finalizing Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statement.

- Making sure implementation of all technical updates (IndAS, Accounting policies) related to Finance Function.

- Taking ownership of books of account - Periodic review of Balance sheet

- Ensuring the smooth audits through Planning & Management

- Quarterly Group Reporting.

- Calculation and analysis of Free cash flow monthly

- Consolidation of Budgets, Forecast

- Balance sheet analysis

- SAP co-ordination

- Fixed assets accounting and maintenance

- Inter company balances reconciliation

- Co-ordination with Shared Service Centre for various accounting matters
