General Manager - Finance - CA - Private Equity

About our Client: Our client is a leading Private Equity firm with over USD 5 billion funds under management. They are looking for a dynamic and well-grounded individual to lead the regional finance function who will be having multi-geography interactions while being based out of Delhi.

Job Description: Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will be:

- Ensuring statutory compliances (Service Tax, Companies Act)

- Strong balance sheet and treasury controls

- Ensuring returns optimization on excess cash balances

- Budgetary control and forecasting support

- Key stakeholder engagement and investment support

- Liaising continuously with Head-Taxation and COO in group/tax restructuring work

- Ensuring high level of performance in all Key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Adopt administrative control on aspects such as IT projects, new initiatives introduction and operational cost reduction

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Qualified CA with minimum 10 years of experience with prior associations across leading MNCs.

- Previous experience in Big4s post qualification will also be an added advantage.

- The ideal candidate will have a good familiarity on private equity space/financial sector, and will bring with him analytical and people management skills. Being a problem solver and initiator will serve towards operational advantages.
