Job Location: VIJAYAWADA- (Andhra Pradesh)
- Around 15 years of experience as DGM- Finance of a fast growing group company
- Experience managing production costs and driving gross margin improvement
- Experience in working with domestic sales channels, both direct and distributors. Deep understanding of the underlying costs and compensation structures for each
- Ability to develop KPIs and other metrics to run a business
- Experience in overseeing manufacturing operations
- Experience in managing finance operations
- Successful implementation of ERP/CRM and other corporate systems
- Strong financial and operational management experience with companies that have experienced significant growth.
- Executive presence with proven track record of presenting to boards of directors, the ability to engage with key stakeholders.
- Creative, curious, and resourceful
- Previous experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, collaborative business would be ideal to provide exposure to best practices in a well-regarded and established company and direct experience in a more hands-on environment
- Proven team building skills and a track record of developing high performing teams and talent are also required to continue to raise the quality of the financial activities in the Company and allow the Company to attract top talent to scale the business
- Serve as a strategic business partner with the senior management team to shape the business plan, the operational structure of the business, and the development of a world-class financial management function
- Impact the financial results of the business in a meaningful way by assisting the Group in making effective decisions based on improved transparency, shortening cycle time through process improvement and determination, and identifying ways to improve how the Group manages cash flow, finances its operations, allocates capital, and manages its financial resources
- Direct and manage all aspects of the traditional accounting and financial management functions and practices while ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the Company's financial results and reporting including appropriate internal controls, accounting policy, and financial reporting activities
- Identify the key financial levers and key performance indicators to establish and lead a metrics-driven financial model to most effectively measure results and support decision making.
- Manage the capital structure of the Company and play a key role in raising additional investment capital. In addition to overseeing banking relationships.
- Build and lead a high performance team while attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent with a service mentality, creating the appropriate organizational structure and team-based environment, and continuing to improve services performed and the quality of the team and processes
