General Manager - Finance & Accounts , Upcoming and fast growing Real estate Firm

- Month/Period end accounting & reporting - Collection, General Ledger, PL, Balance Sheet & cash flow review and analysis, performing variance/trend analysis and reporting

- Reconciliation, substantiation and attestation of Balance Sheet

- Stakeholder management: Day to day liaising with the Partners/ Managers/ Vendors/ Operations teams to discuss and resolve various queries/issues

- Handling External and Internal audits - front face for discussing timelines, explaining processes, providing evidences, and handling queries

- Managing teams: Responsible for appraisals, coaching, training the team, Planning resources, eliminating inefficiencies and assisting in recruitment process

- Advising on tax and regulatory efficient structuring (direct tax)

- Conducting tax due diligence and preparing report highlighting key risk areas

- Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms

- Sending Out Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual maintenance and costing reports to home owners.

- Ensuing all finance & compliance SOP's are being followed by all vertical heads

- Ensuring RERA, GST, TDS and other compliances of company and Looking after statutory reporting for Cash flow management Cost Overhead Analysis, Cost Reduction and Operational Excellence initiatives

- Completing revenue and expense analysis; analyzing financial data & providing management with suggestions for improvement Supervising the monthly book closure and preparation of financial reports & Management Information System (MIS) Reports

- Summarize financial position monthly, quarterly & annually Monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost-effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand

- Conducting deep dive analysis of actuals against budgets to help business increase efficiency and preparing monthly variance reporting & analysis of issues, risks & opportunities along with P&L and headcount report
