Job Purpose:

- This role is crucial for driving operational and tactical matters related to the company's growth plans, policies and processes, statutory and regulatory compliances, ESG agenda, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

- Overall responsibility for managing/overseeing FP&A, including Finance, Accounts, MIS, GST, Direct and Indirect taxation, Customer Credit, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, Audits, AOP, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Banking, and Treasury

- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Candidate Profile:

- CAs with 10-15 years of experience in multi-plant, multi-locational Manufacturing organizations with a current turnover of at least INR 1000 crores. Must have had some experience in pharma manufacturing organizations.

- Strong Leadership skills,

- Excellent business orientation and partnering with a proven track record.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership and manage well across the organization.

- The position is expected to be closed in the next four weeks.
