JOB PURPOSE
Lead and manage the SSC F&A Operations and drive service excellence in scope of F&A Operations(Record to Report, Treasury Accounting, Intercompany) at SSC
Job requirements:
- A qualified CA 15-18 years of total experience of which 8-9 years in setting up and managing Shared Services operations delivery
- 10+ years of functional experience in large multi sector organizations preferably in Corporate functions related to Finance and Accounting processes including but not limited to Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, Financial planning and Analysis, Reconciliations and Master data management
- Knowledge of Shared Services Transition and Operations management frameworks
- Exposure and basic certification in LEAN Six Sigma and / or other process improvement techniques
- Work experience on SAP ERP and Workflow based Operations delivery
- Basic knowledge of IT Applications - Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems,
- Expert knowledge of India/ Global Indirect Taxation policies and framework
- Expert knowledge in Project accounting and O&M Services contracts
- Experience in India Accounting standards - IND AS and Audit review frameworks - ICFR
- Knowledge and experience of leading and working with established Quality management systems such as ISO
- Basic knowledge of Employee statutory payments requirements - Payroll, PF, Insurance, Gratuity , Medical benefits
