General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Hospital

As General Manager (Finance & Accounts), this role will support the COO in managing balance sheet, P&L account, working capital management, establishing internal control and audit measures, statutory compliance, cost control measures, monthly MIS preparation etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Scrutinize key general ledger accounts and bring up discrepancies and observations

- Preparing monthly MIS and review discuss and appraise the variances

- Obtain inputs from the concerned departments for preparation of annual budget and for monthly rolling forecast

- Statutory Compliances: TDS payment, TDS return filing, Issue of TDS certificates, Service tax, VAT, PF, PT & luxury tax

- Support internal audit and statutory audit

- To assist pricing/ costing workouts including monthly departmental profitability statement

- Managing a turnover of 150-200 crores

Requirements/Eligibility:

- CA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute

- Preference would be given to candidate having at least 15 years of experience in similar profile with a reputed medical college/ hospital

- Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Localite (Tamil speaking) is preferable
