- Finalization of Accounts of the Listed entity Quarterly & Annual.

- Focused FICO SAP module with new initiatives like IFRS conversion, Hyperion, etc

- Audit Management Manage the Corporate/ Tax / Other internal/ external audits

- Direct and Indirect taxation.

- Working Capital Management- Efficiently handling the working capital with least layover the regions & with all the Banks. Funding all the Imports- Specific areas

- Risk Management Forex & Insurance Management

- Credit Control Monitor & control the outstanding, recoveries in consultation with the Business Teams.

- Regional Accounts & Depot Management Inventory Monitoring, Audit query handling

- Bank Relations Channel Financing with various Banks

- Treasury Management.
