- Financial Planning & Analysis - Review of financials, Designing Templates, Enhance Decision Support

- Design, Review and Implementation of Policies and Procedures (SOP's)

- Tracking key KPI's and highlighting issues and areas of concerns and initiating corrective actions

- Consolidation (Management & Legal) of entities, Generating the consolidated Financials and reports

- Weekly Cash Flow Statements and full year cash flow and funding projections

- Preparation of Annual Budget, Monthly and Quarterly forecasts

- VAT/Tax Compliance - Review of Workings, Disclosures and Fillings

- Ensuring IFRS compliance and Implementation

- Audit (External & Internal) Assignments

- Review of Customs, Principal Vendor Reconciliation & Intercompany Accounts reconciliation
