About our Client - Our client is an established services organization who prides themselves on first class service and packages. Due to this growth, an exciting opportunity to head their Finance Department pan India has arisen.

Job Description - Reporting to CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervise and manage all aspect of accounting for the company

- Provide timely and accurate financial reports

- Establish and strengthen the payment processes

- Ensure the process of five year plans, budgets and quarterly re forecast

- Develop and maintain efficient and effective financial processes, policies and systems

- Monitor debtors, cash flows, loan indicators including undertaking remedial action where required

- Liaise with Banks, companies office, taxation office and other relevant authorities

- Manage foreign exchange exposure of the company

- Identify areas of cost control and implement suitable steps for cost reduction and cost control

- Ensure timely completion of audit and attending to internal audits

- Completing the tax assessments and attend to audits conducted by service tax department

The Successful Candidate -

- You must be a CA with a minimum of 8 years of post qualification experience from the Services/ Travel Industry.

- Excellent communication skills along with sound commercial acumen is a must.

- You must have prior experience working with senior level management and also should have a hands on approach towards your work.
